Craving a delicious, healthy meal in a flash? This 7-Minute Miso Salmon is here to save the day! With a rich, savoury miso glaze and perfectly cooked salmon, it’s a flavour-packed dish that comes together in no time.
Ingredients
Salmon about 200g
1 tsp Miso
1/4 tsp Marmite (optional)
1 Tangerine juiced
1 lemon juice
1 tsp honey
1 clove garlic, grated
1/4 tsp salt
To Serve
Broccoli
Microwave sticky rice
Sesame seeds (optional)
Step 1
Mix together all the dressing ingredients.
Step 2
Place the salmon on a sheet of baking paper, then drizzle the sauce over the top. Fold the baking paper securely around the salmon and transfer it to a bowl.
Step 3
Add the broccoli to the bowl along with a few tablespoons of water. Cover with a plate or cling film.
Step 4
Microwave on high for 4 minutes, adjusting the time based on the size of your salmon.
Step 5
Let it steam for a few minutes before serving with rice (I used microwaveable sticky rice).
