Ingredients
Big soft white loaf
Chicken Pâté
Mayonnaise
Daikon and carrot pickle
Maggi seasoning
Cucumber
Spring onions
Deli meats
Mild cheese
Coriander
Green chilli
Pickle
200g daikon
200g carrots
3 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
3 tbsp water
4 tbsp white vinegar
Step 1: Pickle
Finely chop the carrots and daikon, then place them in a jar with water, vinegar, sugar, and salt to pickle.
Step 2
Take your loaf of bread and hollow out the center to create space for the fillings.
Step 3
Spread a layer of chicken pâté and mayonnaise inside, followed by a drizzle of Maggi seasoning.
Step 4
Add a portion of the chopped onions and pickled carrots, then layer in the cucumber slices. Sprinkle with spring onions for extra freshness.
Step 5
Next, layer the deli meats, followed by cheese, and another layer of deli meats for a hearty filling.
Step 6
Top with more of the pickled mixture, fresh coriander and sliced green chili for a punch of flavour.
Step 7
Wrap the sandwich tightly and place it in the fridge to chill, allowing the flavours to meld together before serving.
