These Chilli Jam and Black Pepper Pigs in Blankets are a bold and flavour-packed twist on a festive favourite! Ingredients

  • 100g streaky smoked bacon
  • 200g mini sausages
  • 2 tbsp chilli jam
  • 1 tbsp ground black pepper
  • ½ lemon

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2

Slice the bacon in half lengthwise to make it thinner.

Step 3

Wrap the bacon around each sausage.

Step 4

Mix the chili jam, black pepper, and lemon in a bowl.

Step 5

Arrange the pigs in blankets on a tray and brush with the chili jam. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until caramelised and fully cooked.
