Get ready for a cozy, cheesy bite of heaven with this Chilli Mac and Cheese! It’s the perfect mix of creamy cheese, a little spicy chili oil, and buttery goodness. A comforting twist on the classic that’s sure to hit the spot every time!

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Flour
  • 700ml Whole Milk
  • 250g Small Pasta
  • 100g Emmental Cheese
  • 200g Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp Chilli Oil

Step 1

Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan, then whisk in the flour. Cook for 1 minute, gradually adding the milk while stirring, and bring the mixture to a simmer.

Step 2

Once the mixture is bubbling, add the uncooked pasta and cook for 10 minutes, or until the pasta is tender and the sauce has thickened.

Step 3

While the pasta cooks, grate all the cheese. Stir the grated cheese into the pasta, then season with salt. Top with the remaining butter and chili oil, then serve.
