These crêpes are what sweet dreams are made of! Whether you roll them, fold them, or just dive right in, every bite is a perfect mix of flavour.

Ingredients: crêpes

  • 100g Plain Flour
  • 1 Egg
  • 300ml Milk
  • 1 Tsp Oil
  • 1 Tsp Sugar
  • A pinch of Salt
  • Chocolate to drizzle on top

Filling

  • 100g Pistachio Butter
  • 4 Tsp Icing Sugar
  • 100ml Cream
  • 1 Shredded Wheat
  • 1 Tsp Tahini
  • 2 Tbsp Salted butter

Step 1

Whisk together the flour, sugar, eggs, oil, and salt to make the crêpe batter, then let it rest for 30 minutes.

Step 2

Lightly brush a nonstick pan with a teaspoon of oil and heat it over medium-low. Pour in a ladle of batter, then swirl the pan to spread it evenly.

Step 3

Once the top starts to bubble, flip the crêpe and cook for another 30 seconds. The first one might not be perfect just sprinkle it with some lemon and sugar, enjoy it, and keep going.

Step 4: Filling

The shredded wheat is toasted in two tablespoons of salted butter until crisp.

Step 5

Add the pistachio butter to a bowl along with the tahini, icing sugar, and cream, then stir until fully combined. Finally, mix in the shredded wheat. Give it another stir to ensure everything is well combined.

Step 6

Take a cooked crêpe, spread a spoonful of the filling over it, then fold it. Drizzle with pistachio butter and melted chocolate.
