Milk naan is a softer, slightly sweeter variation of traditional naan, enriched with milk to give it a tender crumb and delicate flavour. This naan pairs wonderfully with spicy curries or can be enjoyed on its own. If you’ve got leftover naan that’s gone stale, don’t worry—there’s an easy way to bring it back to life! Honestly, even when it’s not leftover, I still do this to my naan!

Ingredients

  • Milk (any will do)
  • Butter
  • Naan

Step 1

Take your stale naan and pour some milk onto a plate. Soak the naan in the milk for a bit.

Step 2

Then, heat up a nonstick pan until it’s nice and hot, melt some butter, and cook the naan until it turns crispy. The result? A soft, crispy, buttery delight!
