Ingredients
150g Small pasta
400ml chicken stock
50g parmesan
6 cloves garlic
1 egg (I feel like it would be fine without the egg too)
Step 1
Heat some oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic.
Step 2
Next, add the pasta and a splash of chicken stock. Once the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat.
Step 3
Stir in a generous amount of cheese, then add the egg and mix thoroughly. Season with salt to taste.
