Pastina is the ultimate comfort food! These tiny, delicate pasta pieces are perfect for a quick, cozy meal. Whether you’re enjoying it in a simple broth or dressing it up with butter and cheese, pastina is sure to warm you up from the inside out.

Ingredients

  • 150g Small pasta
  • 400ml chicken stock
  • 50g parmesan
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 egg (I feel like it would be fine without the egg too)

Step 1

Heat some oil in a pan and add the chopped garlic.

Step 2

Next, add the pasta and a splash of chicken stock. Once the pasta is cooked, turn off the heat.

Step 3

Stir in a generous amount of cheese, then add the egg and mix thoroughly. Season with salt to taste.
