These Three Cheese Garlic Croissants are the ultimate fusion of classic French pastry and bold, savoury flavours. The buttery, flaky layers of the croissant dough are the perfect canvas for a mouthwatering filling of mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses. The addition of garlic gives these croissants a deliciously aromatic twist, making them the perfect accompaniment to soups, salads, or as a standalone snack.

Ingredients

  • 4 Large Croissants
  • 150g Butter
  • 5 Cloves Of Garlic
  • Handful Of Parsley
  • 150g Cheddar Cheese
  • 100g Cream Cheese
  • 250g Mozzarella
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 180°C.

Step 2

Blend the garlic, parsley, and butter together. Remove 2 tablespoons of the mixture and transfer them to a bowl. Melt in the microwave for 20 seconds.

Step 3

Add 100g of cheddar cheese and the cream cheese to the mixer, and blend with salt and pepper.

Step 4

Slice the croissants in half and spread the cream cheese mixture on both cut sides. Stuff with 200g of mozzarella cheese.

Step 5

Cut the croissants into pieces and arrange them snugly in a baking dish. Brush with the melted garlic butter and sprinkle with the remaining cheddar and mozzarella. Bake for 20 minutes, then enjoy!
